The characteristics needed in this job are important for any job because for example you need time management this is when you manage time so you can be organised, ready and not late for the next day because if you are late then you will be fired. If you can’t work with other people, then that can cause arguments and if you argue with your boss then that will lead to being fired, so basically if you do anything wrong or don't behave or don't listen then you will be fired. You need Professionalism which is what all companies want their employees to display,this means that you don’t mess around and you are serious about what you are doing, you need this to work and get on with your colleges, you need Leadership is when you take charge or lead a group,  You need Flexibility which is when you are willing to compromise to other people’s decisions and work together. You also need a Positive Attitude is when you look for the good in every situation and get good results for the company.
